Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, sales, or seasonal launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times & Services All orders are shipped from Doncaster, UK using Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times:

• Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–4 business days

• Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays outside our control (weather, strikes, seasonal volume).

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and chosen delivery method.

UK Only Shipping We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Order Issues & Delays If your parcel is delayed, please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us, as Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until this time has passed.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help resolve the issue. If your parcel is lost, we will open a claim with Royal Mail and keep you updated throughout the process.

Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Local Collection If you offer this, add: Local collection from Doncaster is available. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
